Process

Before Care

• Ensure your skin is clean before arriving at the clinic.
• Do not use strong face peels, microdermabrasion, laser resurfacing or go in the sun for at least four weeks before your treatment.
• Discontinue using Retin-A, glycolic acid, and Vitamin C before the treatment.
• Avoid any hair removal treatments for seven days before the treatment.
• Reschedule if a rash or blemish appears.

During Treatment

• The first stage is to apply a numbing cream to the skin and wait for it to become fully effective.
• Once the skin is numb, the Secret Erbium device will be run over the selected area.
• Using fractional tissue heating, your skin is safe and protected from heat.

After Care

• You may experience some redness and minor swelling immediately after the treatment, but this will face within the first hour to 36 hours.
• Most people will see significant changes from the first treatment.
• Avoid wearing make-up for 48 hours after the treatment.
• Using cold compresses can ease any discomfort.

Side effects

• You may experience swelling, redness, tenderness, or sensitivity in the treated area.
