Process

Before Care

• When you book your appointment, please drink at least 2 litres of water daily.
• Avoid using lipstick.
• Your lips must be hydrated on the day of the treatment for the best results.
• If you have recent Lip Fillers, cold sores, cuts, or bruises, kindly postpone your appointment.

During Treatment

• The first step is to consult with a qualified aesthetic professional, who will examine your lips and discuss your concerns and goals.
• Our Brazilian technician will advise you on whether lip neutralisation is correct and provide a detailed treatment plan.
• Before the procedure, the lips will be cleaned and numbed with cream to ensure you are comfortable throughout the treatment.
• Once your lips are numbed, our friendly aesthetic professional will use a combination of needles to create a beautifully natural shaded effect, just like the one everyone has on their lips. They’ll carefully choose the perfect pigment colour to tone your lips and ensure they look authentic.
• The filler is carefully placed to create a natural and balanced look, restoring symmetry to the lips.
• The aesthetic professional will assess the results throughout the procedure to ensure the lips look natural and balanced.
• They may make adjustments as necessary to achieve the desired outcome.

After Care

• Please follow these instructions on the first day: no smoking, kissing, alcohol, or hot and spicy food.
• Keep the lips clean, moisturise with a good lip balm for the next five days and drink lots of water.
• Wash them daily with drinking water only.
• For the next seven days, avoid sun exposure and swimming.
• Avoid touching the lips with your tongue.

Side effects

• You may experience some swelling or bruising in your lips after the procedure. This is a normal reaction and usually subsides within a few days.
• You may experience some mild pain or discomfort during or after the procedure. This can be managed with over-the-counter pain relievers.
• Although rare, there is a small risk of infection after the procedure. It is essential to follow the aftercare instructions carefully to minimise this risk.
